For our client Hotel Facility Concepts in Amsterdam we are looking for a Financial Administrator to join the team.
This is a perfect role if you get excited by the idea of managing the debtor and creditor administration for various hotel brands and performing supporting administrative activities.
It’s the broadest Financial Administrator role as possible, and a huge learning opportunity if you are interested in all aspects of this field.

The opportunity
As Financial Administrator you will be responsible for:

Managing the financial administration.

Receiving and processing incoming purchase invoices. In case an intern is hired the Financial Administrator supervises the activities of the intern.

To be the point of contact for suppliers with regard to questions about invoices.

Sending, monitoring and administrative processing of sales invoices process.

Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and be the point of contact for customers with regard to questions about invoicing.

Processing of the bank statements.

Preparing payment proposals.

Support Finance Manager with month-end procedures and documentation.

Working in accordance with internal company guidelines in the field of financial administration.

Making proposals to improve the methods and procedures used with the aim of optimizing the service.

Participate and contribute to periodic work meetings.

Expenses processing.

Education at University level (Dutch equivalent for HBO).

Starting in your career.

Some experience with financial software.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel.

Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written.

You have to be currently based in the Netherlands, without visa requirements. They can’t sponsor or relocate someone for this position. Their office location is Amsterdam, and the role requires working onsite from our hotels.
