HI! Our client is Herinneringen op Linnen in Montfoort and they deliver personalised photo products to consumers throughout Europe! The dear customers come to our client through their website or other channels to have their photos turned into a canvas print, HD metal print or a picture in a photo frame. They try to distinguish themselves from the competition through constant product development and innovative ideas.

Job description

There is a job available in their customer service department or as they like to call it: The happy customer task force! They are looking for a new Customer Service Hero, a real caretaker! Together with the dedicated, hard-working and motivated (sometimes even crazy) team, you will help customers via phone, email, live chat and on social media. They pride themselves on top quality products and unrivalled customer care. Thanks to their customers they stand where they are today and thus, they want to serve the customers well, solve their problems and make their day complete! Our clients cherish their customers and they help them patiently because they truly care about them. You don’t feel a warm glow of happiness when helping someone? Don’t bother reading further, this job is not for you! ?

Requirements

What are they looking for?

• A cheerful & positive person, a true optimist, with the right attitude and excellent communication skills.
• A dedicated team-player with a healthy dose of humour! You should always keep smiling regardless of how big the challenge or how big the stress!
• A hard-working problem solver who likes to be innovative and original! You learn quickly, you are proactive and you work independently.
• Someone with a bachelor’s degree, preferably with some marketing experience and a passion for photography.
• A UK native.
• Someone who is all of the above and speaks French? Parfait, pouvez-vous commencer aujourd’hui?
• Someone who is all of the above and speaks German?? Großartig, kannst du schon heute anfangen?
